Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you", "your") and JDL77 ("JDL77", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://jdl77.cam (the "Platform").

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the JDL77 Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your account. JDL77 reserves the right to refuse service to any individual at its sole discretion.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" — The individual registered profile created by a Player to access JDL77 services, including a unique username, password, and wallet balance denominated in MYR.
• "Balance" — The total of real-money funds and/or bonus funds held within a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" — Promotional credits awarded by JDL77 under specific campaign terms, subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable cash.
• "Deposit" — Any transfer of funds from a Player's personal payment method (including FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, or cryptocurrency) into the Player's JDL77 Account.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the identity and age verification process required by JDL77 to comply with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering obligations.
• "Platform" — The website, mobile-optimised interface, and any associated services operated by JDL77 at https://jdl77.cam.
• "Wagering Requirement" — A condition requiring a Player to stake a specified multiple of a bonus amount before the resulting balance is eligible for withdrawal.
• "Withdrawal" — A request by a Player to transfer funds from their JDL77 Account to their nominated personal payment method.
• "Game Round" — A single completed cycle of gameplay, including a spin, hand, bet, or round, the outcome of which contributes to or deducts from a Player's Balance.

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an active Account on JDL77, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are a natural person aged 21 years or older. JDL77 strictly prohibits the use of its Platform by individuals under 21 years of age. This minimum age requirement applies to all gaming and betting activities without exception.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party or legal entity.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or close family member of any such person employed by JDL77 or its affiliated entities.
• You have not previously been excluded, suspended, or permanently banned from the JDL77 Platform under any prior Account.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion request submitted through JDL77's Responsible Gambling tools.
• You acknowledge and accept full responsibility for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with the laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.

JDL77 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point and to suspend or permanently close any Account where eligibility criteria are found to have been misrepresented or are no longer met. Any funds in a closed Account will be subject to review under JDL77's standard due diligence procedures before return.

Account Registration & KYC Verification

4.1 Registration Process

Players must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during the registration process. This includes, but is not limited to, full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid mobile number or email address. JDL77 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) active Account on JDL77 at any time. Attempts to create or operate multiple Accounts — whether to circumvent restrictions, claim bonuses multiple times, or for any other purpose — are strictly prohibited. All duplicate Accounts identified will be immediately suspended, and any balances held within them will be forfeited pending investigation.

4.3 KYC Documentation Requirements

JDL77 operates a mandatory KYC programme. Players will be required to provide identity verification documents prior to processing withdrawal requests and at any stage where JDL77 deems verification necessary. Acceptable documents include:

• Malaysian MyKad (National Identity Card) — front and back
• Valid international passport (photo page)
• Recent proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of registered eWallet account or bank account statement)

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period requested by JDL77 may result in Account suspension and restriction of withdrawal privileges until such time as verification is satisfactorily completed.

4.4 Account Security

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of their Account credentials, including username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. JDL77 will never request your password through any communication channel. Any activity conducted through your Account, whether authorised by you or not, shall be your sole responsibility. Suspected unauthorised access must be reported to JDL77 support immediately.

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

JDL77 supports a comprehensive range of Malaysian payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals, including DuitNow, FPX (connecting to Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, RHB, and AmBank), Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and cryptocurrency options including USDT and BTC. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless the cryptocurrency payment method is selected.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction for all fiat payment methods. Cryptocurrency deposits are subject to separate minimum thresholds as displayed in the cashier. JDL77 does not charge deposit fees, although your payment provider may apply their own standard transaction charges.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by JDL77 within the timelines specified below, subject to completed KYC verification and the absence of any pending review or investigation on the Account:

• Standard processing target: 15–30 minutes for approved requests during normal operating conditions
• Peak period processing: Up to 60 minutes on Friday and Saturday evenings (MYT)
• Minimum withdrawal amount: RM50 per request
• VIP members (Gold and above): Priority withdrawal processing applies

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions

JDL77 requires that deposits are used for wagering purposes and not treated as a banking or money transfer facility. Where JDL77 reasonably determines that a deposit has been made without genuine gaming intent, JDL77 reserves the right to levy an administration fee of up to 10% of the deposit amount before processing a return. All withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

5.5 Anti-Money Laundering

JDL77 maintains an active anti-money laundering (AML) programme. All unusual or suspicious transaction patterns are monitored and may be subject to enhanced due diligence, temporary holds, or reporting to relevant authorities where legally required. Players are required to cooperate fully with any AML-related enquiry from JDL77's compliance team.

Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free credits, free spins, and promotional offers made available by JDL77 are subject to specific terms and conditions published on the relevant promotion page at the time of the offer. In the event of any inconsistency between these general Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion, the following default wagering conditions apply to bonus funds awarded by JDL77:

• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of 15x to 30x the bonus amount before becoming eligible for withdrawal
• Slots contribute 100% towards wagering requirements
• Live casino games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Sic Bo) contribute 10%–20% as specified per promotion
• Sports betting wagers contribute 100% on qualifying markets
• Crash and instant-win games: contribution rates are specified per promotion

6.3 Bonus Validity

Bonus funds that are not wagered within the validity period specified in the relevant promotion will expire automatically and be removed from the Player's Account balance without compensation. Players are responsible for monitoring their active bonus status through the Account dashboard.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

JDL77 actively monitors for promotional abuse, including but not limited to: claiming the same promotion from multiple Accounts, using low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent, or coordinated group play to exploit bonus structures. Where abuse is identified, JDL77 reserves the right to void all bonus-related winnings, suspend the Account, and recover any amounts improperly obtained.

Gameplay Rules

All games available on JDL77 are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules, RTP figures, and variance characteristics of any game before placing wagers.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round — including disconnection, server errors, or software failures — JDL77's system logs shall be the definitive record of game outcomes. Where a game round cannot be definitively resolved, JDL77 reserves the right to void that round and return the wager amount to the Player's Balance.

JDL77 employs certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all slot and instant-win games. Live dealer games are conducted by professional human dealers operating from licensed studio environments. The results of all game rounds are final once confirmed by JDL77's gaming system.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the JDL77 Platform. Breach of any prohibition below may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance, and where appropriate, reporting to law enforcement authorities:

• Using the Platform while under 21 years of age or allowing any person under 21 to access your Account
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information during registration or KYC
• Opening or operating more than one Account on the Platform
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated means to interact with the Platform
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or loopholes for financial gain; any winnings obtained via exploitation are void
• Engaging in collusion with other players in live dealer games or poker-style formats
• Any form of money laundering, fraud, or use of stolen or unauthorised payment credentials
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute a legitimate deposit through a payment provider
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing JDL77 staff through any communication channel
• Sharing, selling, or transferring Account access to any third party

Responsible Gambling

Intellectual Property

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. Reproduction, redistribution, modification, public display, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content without the prior written consent of JDL77 is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JDL77 and its officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including losses arising from:

• Interruption, suspension, or unavailability of the Platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or force majeure events
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your Account
• Losses resulting from game outcomes, including during periods of technical malfunction where the round is subsequently voided
• Decisions made in reliance on information provided on the Platform

In all cases, JDL77's aggregate liability to any individual Player for any cause of action shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Account Termination

13.1 Termination by the Player

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting JDL77 customer support via live chat or email. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed in the normal course, and any outstanding bonus funds will be forfeited.

13.2 Termination by JDL77

JDL77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account — with or without prior notice — in the event of: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or prohibited conduct, failure to complete KYC verification, or at JDL77's sole and absolute discretion in the interests of the Platform's integrity. Where an Account is closed due to confirmed breach, any Balance may be forfeited in whole or part.

Amendments to These Terms

JDL77 reserves the right to revise, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — affecting Player rights, payment terms, or eligibility requirements — JDL77 will provide reasonable advance notice via email to the address registered on the Player's Account and/or via a prominent notice displayed on the Platform.

The most current version of these Terms shall be posted on this page with the "Last Updated" date revised accordingly. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which JDL77 is incorporated and licensed to operate. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the Player's use of the Platform shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within a reasonable period, the parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. The language of arbitration shall be English. Players retain any statutory rights available to them under the consumer protection laws of their country of residence that cannot be excluded by contract.
